The location of the hotel is excellent, with a beautiful play area just down the hill for the kids to enjoy. It is also conveniently situated close to the slopes, making it easy to get to ski school downtown. the rooms are well-designed and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. the service provided by the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, catering to different tastes. the hotel facilities, such as the pool with a slide, are a great advantage for families.
The food offered in the hotel's restaurant could use some improvement.

We had an absolutely fantastic family holiday at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was stunning, with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks. Great value for money, amazing view of the mountains and easy access to the slopes. the hotel's service was fantastic, especially for families with kids. the on-site playroom and pool with a water slide were a hit with the little ones. the food was plentiful, though some dishes were average.
The beds could have been more comfortable and the bathrooms lacked privacy. these were minor issues in an otherwise great stay.

The hotel was equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a well-stocked playroom for the kids. The location was perfect, with easy access to the ski slopes and a beautiful view of the mountains. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
The steep hill leading up to the hotel, which made it difficult to leave the premises without a car. the buffet-style restaurant could get crowded during peak times and the food was average, not reflecting the price we paid for our stay.
